Attodyne Inc.
(Toronto)

Attodyne Inc. is an Ontario clean tech company that is commercializing industrial class lasers for use in micromachining, solar panel processing and flat panel display manufacturing applications. OCE is a long-time supporter of Attodyne through its Market Readiness, Collaborative Research and First Job programs. OCE's Centre for the Commercialization of Research (CCR) has also provided Embedded Executive and intellectual property support.

HTX Best Healthcare Industry Award

LifeLike BioTissue
(London)

LifeLike BioTissue, last year's winner of OCE's Martin Walmsley Fellowship for Technological Entrepreneurship, was recognized with the HTX Best Healthcare Industry Award. The company is developing products that provide realistic touch and feel via the use of synthetic materials that mimic human tissue (also known as surgical phantoms) for surgical training in Canada and worldwide.
